Stop running with a water bottle or stopping in the middle of your run to find somewhere to get a drink, because Fuelbelt has created a savior for anyone who runs and who trains for long distance races.

When I do my long runs (18-26 miles) in preparation for the marathon, I hate to stop, because I don't let myself stop during a race.  It's almost impossible, and definitely dangerous, to train at those distances without taking water.  In the past, I've had to modify my runs to make sure that I passed near a water fountain.  Those days are long gone!

Having water with me in the Fuelbelt is much better than other methods of transport or water consumption because I could space out my intake throughout the course of my run, rather than getting it down so quickly that I almost choked and almost guaranteeing a cramp later in the run.  The rubber spout of each bottle are gentle enough that the normal bouncing associated with running doesn't hurt your mouth at all.

Another benefit of running with a Fuelbelt is that I could take both water and a sports drink with me on the run, something that I couldn't get otherwise during a run.  While it is important to keep fluid levels up during a long run, it is also important to keep your energy up as well.  When my energy stores are starting to drain around 20 miles, it's nice to have something with some calories to give me a boost and take away the hunger pains.

The belt was very comfortable, and didn't jostle around, even when the bottles were partially full.  And there was absolutely no chaffing, even though I often run without a shirt and the belt slid up above the level of my shorts."

Myicoach.com, Inc. Recommendation: Go out and get this product.  An absolute essential for marathoners and ultra marathoners.  If you want to train at your best for long distance races, it is absolutely essential to have a Fuelbelt to deliver the fluids that will allow you to get through those long runs.
