2004 Indianapolis Marathon and 1/2 Marathon Training Program

All Participants will receive:

* Assignment to a personal coach who will work with the participant in a one-on-one basis
* Initial assessment by a personal coach (either by phone or email - as chosen by the participant
* Access to the member's area of Myicoach.com
* Weekly Email Interaction
* Monthly Phone Interaction
* Day-by-Day Workouts
